Founded in 2025, Sequana Hydro was named after the Gallic goddess, who is associated with water and is believed to bestow benefits upon body and mind.
Sequana Hydro takes an agile and responsible approach to hydrogeological engineering and consultancy.
The objective is to achieve a balance between technical performance, project economics and social and environmental considerations.

Water & Environment Engineer Bertrand Lemaitre has built his career around diagnosing, exploring, managing and preserving water resources in France and internationally.
With over 30 years' experience, he assists public and private stakeholders with groundwater management. Drawing on his extensive experience, he founded Sequana Hydro, an engineering and consulting firm. He now uses his expertise to develop sustainable, bespoke solutions for projects with significant environmental implications, primarily in the field of water supply.
